1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
VIP Outdoors provides lawn maintenance and related outdoor services as described in service agreements and proposals. Specific service terms are outlined in signed agreements.
3. Scheduling & Service Conditions
Services are performed weekly during the active season, weather permitting. Service days may shift due to weather, holidays, or operational needs. We prioritize lawn health and safety.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on property size and complexity. Services operate under a 12-month agreement unless otherwise specified. Monthly auto-pay is required. Failure to maintain payment may result in service suspension.
5. Property Conditions & Responsibilities
Clients must:

Secure pets

Clear debris and obstacles

Disclose irrigation systems, utilities, septic components, and hazards
VIP Outdoors is not liable for damage caused by undisclosed or hidden items.
6. Liability Limitation
VIP Outdoors is not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage

Natural turf conditions (drought, disease, uneven ground)

Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
7. Early Termination
Early termination of a 12-month agreement may result in a fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of VIP Outdoors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Modifications
VIP Outdoors reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
